Reviews:
I never recommend this dentist, stuff are very rude and a liers i have appointment today and they want me to pay the whole amount, i spoke to the manager the day before my appointment and she said that was okey, when I got there for my appointment they told me they can’t do the work done I have to pay the whole amount and the filling he put in came off 2 days later. My first visit the assistant did the x-ray and talk to me like a child and she did not take time to clean my Teeth then she went and get the dentist to come and drill instead then all i know she was doing the fluoride, never do the polish. The place is dirty not sure if the even autoclave their tools or equipment. That dentist never put the temporary crown it’s taking months to put it on. So I have to suffer for oother three weeks to finish the job. This lady at the front said he can’t do the filling that came off 2 days after because the doctors is not there even do I have the appointment to put the permanent crown, THAT IS A BIG LIER. who is supposed to do my crown to my appomtment. Bad office
The staff had improved in the area of customer service and phone service. Unfortunately, they tend to schedule multiple people as in 3- 4 people in for one time slot. So no you aren’t the only one with a 2pm appointment. Sometimes they run behind so there’s usually a 15 to 20 minute appointment time wait. The dentist is pretty decent and stands by his work and makes necessary adjustments if needed. Had a crown for a year and it came off so I’ve been in and out over there the past year and have seen a few improvements in staff professionalism. I’ve had to come back and forth for a recement and eventually a post. He has a honest and great assistant.
I made an appointment in April needing tooth 30, which is a moler. I waited 4 months to be seen and by then the tooth was no longer savable. It is now infected and I lots of pain. I get in there and find out the dentist doesn’t pull teeth or fill teeth he does nothing but clean then. He refers me to a another dentist and they can’t get me in until October 17, so now I’m sitting in a real dentist office spending a lot more but I will get a lot more out of it. It was a great waists of time dealing with these people.
