Yes I went on Monday of last week. This place has gone down hill. Everything seemed to be a joke. Staffing has no clue of what they are doing. Dr. Coleman prepped me up and pulled my tooth. After saying it’s a simple extraction 10 to 15 minutes of severe pain it was out. He said where all good and wrote me a prescription. Then I tried talking to him about other work I needed done and told me okay and walked away. I walked out into the waiting room and stood at the front waiting. No one said a word so I asked when my next appointment would be. The person said I don’t know let me ask Dr. Coleman. Finally they seemed reluctant but set up an appointment for me. After having my tooth pulled I guess I was supposed to go it alone. I was told nothing about how to take care of my mouth where the tooth was pulled. I had to ask for gauze from the front desk. Today is Saturday and I’m still having moderate pain throughout my month and face. I was given no antibiotics and I am getting a lot of swelling around where the tooth was pulled. I was going to have my family go here but things here have certainly changed since my prior visits. This is the last time I go here. Their is so much more I could add. I could even sue but unless it gets any worse and it causes no more damage I will survive. I would definitely not recommend this place for any family or friends!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in over a decade because of a bad experience that I had when I was younger. And I was very nervous about going to Dr.Coleman due to past experiences, so I went because I was in extreme pain. Upon walking through the door, everyone was really nice made me feel comfortable and had my nerves at ease. Even going through the process of getting my very back tooth removed Dr.Coleman helped me to recieve only the minimal amount of pain in which everywhere they call pressure. I will be coming back to this place without anymore worries.

My first visit here…so far so great…. Reserving the right to come back and give the fifth star after subsequent visits but have been impressed with Dr. Coleman and his staff so far!!! My teeth feel and look great!!! He was very pleasant and spent sufficient rime answering my questions and giving me information. Changing not due to doctor but office manager. Called every day for a week to get quotes for dental work was told she would call me back later that day with info… Been three weeks… NO call back!!!!!! Guess new dentist time
