When Dr. Danciu completed two “permanent” anterior bonds on my teeth (with cosmetic dentistry techniques) I never expected them to fall off. (These bonds were in my mouth, as far as I can tell, less than a year.) When I phoned to converse with her about this she ignored me. I left voicemails and sent emails with photographs and left messages. Never have I had fillings fall out by any other dentist. Not only this but when wanting to pay by tap her system was down she asked me if I had another credit card – insinuating it was my card that was the problem. I said, “I don’t walk around with two credit cards.”. She then insisted I go to the ATM on the corner and she would go with me. I tried my bank card with tap and luckily it worked. I did not want to pay by debit but was forced to because all I wanted to do at this point was get out of her office. I spent hundreds of dollars – not covered by insurance – with Dr. Danciu and now I wonder did I really need to and was all the work necessary. What else is going to fall off. The choice is yours!
