I went to a cleaning and I mentioned to doctor Sam that I made an appointment for the wisdom tooth extractions with a surgeon, she said not Need. I can remove the tooth.

The day arrive and she was on my mouth for one hour, she broke the wisdom tooth leaving nothing on it. In the middle of the process I saw it was hard for her and I said, doctor is painful please I can go to the other place to remove it. She said is almost out everything is ok!!! After one hour and 15 minutes, I expressed she needs to stop because the pain was awful, I couldn’t resist no more all those metals in my mouth. At that point she said the angle is complicated.

Why if she is not qualified to remove wisdom tooth the practice allow her to make appointment? Why now I have to go to the initial place to the tooth be removed? Also she make sign a paper that I was leaving the office, I left the office because she was not able to finish the process.

Completely unsatisfactory service.

Hello! Yes, I would recommend you to others. Dr. David Ward has always been patient with me, and now that I’m getting older he understands problems I have. Today I had a cleaning with Barbara (I was overdue) and I was glad of this.
Also, Dr. Ward saw me regarding mouth pain I’ve been having and I have an appt. coming up.

When Dr. Ward suggested Amoxicillin for a nerve that is dead in my upper right tooth I should have told him I’m on a large number of meds and don’t really know if this would interact with them. I’m sorry I didn’t remember to tell him how I get upset stomachs so easily. My fault!

I had a great experience at Dr. Wards office. Both Jen the hygienist and Dr. ward were very thorough, gentle and did a great job at explaining my treatment plan. Dr. Ward listened to my concerns and took everything I said into consideration with his treatment planning. Scheduling appointments is easy and there was no wait time to be seen. The office is clean and up-to-date. I was beyond satisfied with my initial exam and am happy to have found my new dental home. Thank you Dr. Ward and team!
