Dr. Winter and staff are very professionals. They tell you everything ahead of time when it comes to your teeth and billing. They give you updates in having a healthy body and presenting you bringing your smile back. They make sure when needing a tooth pulled that you are not having any pain and questioning to make sure you are doing okay. I have always hated going to a dentist but when it comes to having an expert do my teeth, Dr. Winter is a total expert. The office is a great place to make you relax during your visit.
I visited Dr Winter for help with my teeth grinding. He was amazing. His staff was also wonderful. Dr. Winter showed me different options and he also was able to help me with my snoring at night. He was able to make a custom mouthguard for me. That truly solved my teeth grinding and my nighttime snoring. I wish I would have visited Dr. Winter 10 years earlier. I cannot say enough great things about them. I highly recommend visiting Iowa Dental rts for all of your dental and tooth care needs.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I wanted alternative options for a root canal the doctor was rude and condescending stating I follow ‘quack dentistry’ from California. Upon a second opinion from another local dentist, I’ve found my instincts to not move forward with the unnecessary treatments recommended to be correct. Absolutely would not recommend this place for dentistry.
