I never write reviews as each experience is personal, and individual perspectives are just that … individual. I do so now because after reading some of the other reviews, I felt it important to add my own.

It had been years since I would even venture into a dental office and the thought of doing so was terrifying and yes … humiliating. But from the moment I met Dr. Chithalen and his staff, I was treated with respect and compassion. After some (what I consider to be major extractions) Dr. Chithalen took the time to call me at home that evening to see how I was doing. Since that time, any issues that have come up are addressed immediately. Not only was my anxiety dealt with, but for the first time in years I am so proud of my smile . . .

Just came back from a cleaning and Dr. Jan had to step in prior to, to administer some freezing to a very sensitive area (that’ll learn me to keep up with the flossing)..

Did not feel a thing. Nothing.
More than a couple pokes with the needle.. no problem.

And that is how, if needed.. your appointment starts.. with ‘you’ and your comfort at the forefront.

I found Dr. Chithalen just by passing by his office with the great big tooth sculpture out on the front lawn.. and I needed a dentist, placed the call and been very happy with my experiences since.

Staff is great.. friendly and professional.

Would recommend.. heartily.

I’ve never been to a dental office where I’ve felt so respected as I do with Dr. Chithalen. The staff is all very friendly, Dr. Chithalen informs me on everything I need to know, he is very considerate (especially with those who don’t have insurance), and he is very thorough.

I don’t feel, for once, like the dentist is trying to gauge me. I really trust EJC Dentistry, and I even like being there.
