I just went to the surgery to have a chipped front tooth fixed.
I was offered to smooth the chipped area or have it filled in again. I did ask before the treatment to check how much my healthfund would cover.
After that he sanded the filling down and I said I would like to have it still filled in as I remembered that the gap was previously filled in with some extra filling as food always got stuck there before.
Suddenly he changed his mind as he would not have earnered enough money with it and refused to do the filling as he offered it to me 5 min beforehand. I told him that he made the gap now wider and food would even more get stuck in there.
I did get very upset and ask him to please do the filling as he just has offered it to me a few min beforehand. He refused …
No wonder people deside to turn their back to australien Dentists und go oversees, as it is not about what the client wants and needs …it is all about how much they can get out of you.
Don t waiste ur money and go there.
