For many years, I have been a patient at Dr. Liang’s office, first at Windsor Square and presently at Croydon Drive office. Following initial introductions, I cautioned my anxiety with any invasive procedures – including hygienist cleaning. Under these circumstances, would it be better if I connected with another dental practice? Dr. Liang and his hygienist, Stephanie, were not deterred and welcomed my attendance. With every appointment, the dental team go out of their way to make procedures as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Front desk administrative desk staff are reliably pleasant and efficient. Special thanks to Jessica for her gracious assistance. Bidding goodbyes are hard when moving away, but I hope this review will help to show my sincere appreciation for excellent service above and beyond all expectations.
Just recently our young son started going to Fresh Smile for regular cleanings and checkups. Then an unfortunate incident involving knocked out and broken teeth occurred requiring emergency dental care. We could not be more impressed with Dr. Liang and the staff here, we are so grateful to have a resource like this in our community. 5 stars isn’t enough for this team, we wish we could select more.
Dr. Hansen Liang and Assistant Jen provided the best possible experience for my son to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. Patient needs were met with respect and utmost care. No sedation was accommodated.
