When we first signed up, the office and dentist was perfect, however things went downhill fast starting over a year ago. One of my children had a cavity that was on the touch point of two teeth. At the appointment to have the cavity filled, the dentist only cared for one tooth. We were told we had to make another appointment for the other tooth, which meant more time off AND he used a spreading device which hurt, and my child had to endure this procedure twice. At the next regular check up I was told there was another cavity they had missed and it had gotten bad enough to warrant a specialist to make certain it didn’t require a root canal. $80 for the specialist who said, “It’s a small cavity, not deep at all, I don’t know why they sent you to see me.” We returned to Dr. Pham’s office to have it filled. My child had a routine checkup last month, yesterday she said she could feel a wisdom tooth pushing through, and when I asked if the dentist had mentioned seeing one near the surface from her x-rays, she said no. Now her jaw hurts and we are going to another dentist even if it means paying out of pocket. I have no confidence in Dr. Pham.

I was told I needed to take my tooth out and while in the process, Dr. Pham states that my tooth was actually in good condition as he’s taking my tooth out. He also gave me a fill and while doing my fill he says I actually need a root canal. Even though there was x rays taken. They also told me I repeatedly I needed to pay out of pocket for a crown when my insurance covers it. I’m still traumatized from my tooth being pulled when in fact it was a healthy tooth.
He also filled my teeth with grayish filling when my insurance covers white filling, which I didn’t find out until after my fill. They are very unprofessional and inaccurate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pham for 12 years and I have always had a great experience. The techs are great, the technology in the office is excellent. Even my daughter has great experience and she has been since she got baby teeth.
