I’ve had a couple appointments with Dr. Kim Williams now and have to say that the team over there is absolutely fantastic! The secretary Betty is very friendly and really pleasant to talk to. She worked well with me to help figure out setting up my insurance for direct billing so that I didn’t have to pay out of pocket – with money I didn’t have – and wait to get reimbursed. The dental assistant Mackenzie and Kim make a fantastic team working together and Kim herself was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and that I could trust her working on my teeth. She was very attentive to any pain or discomfort during the procedures and it was very clear that my comfort was her top priority. The work that she does is impeccable. I had two fillings, one of which required her to pretty much rebuild a tooth. When shaping the tooth (the filling really), she made sure that it matched the shape of the other tooth and that I was happy with how it looked. There were no air bubbles in either of the fillings and I know this because I went scuba diving afterwards and didn’t have any problems. For people who don’t know, air bubbles in fillings can cause problems with scuba diving or flying! Very important for anybody who does traveling.

She stays up to date with current literature and studies and answered all of my questions with sound knowledge in a simple, easy to understand way (hence the air bubble problem knowledge). These past couple experiences with Kim have been my best experiences with a dentist so far and would highly recommend her to anybody!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Williams is! I am utterly terrified of dental work, but have recently gotten some work done by Dr. Williams. She puts my comfort as priority and won’t do anything that would make me uncomfortable. She knew how scared I was for any work to be done, so my first visit she literally just looked at my teeth and took some x-rays. She explained the x-rays in detail and for each following visit she has helped slowly work with me on my phobia. She never makes me feel embarrassed for getting upset and will talk me through what I’m feeling. Whether I need to listen to headphones to drown out the noise, or have her distract me with chatting, or even taking multiple breaks through a procedure, she will do whatever it takes me make me feel safe. She even shows you each tool as she uses it and explains what it does. I will never see another dentist. Her bedside manner is beyond that of any doctor or dentist I’ve ever experienced. Best dentist ever!!!

Dr. Williams is wonderful. I’m very grateful to have found such an awesome dentist here in town. She is very knowledgeable and personable, and her calm manner really puts me at ease. She also takes the time to explain everything that’s happening, and even provides answers to questions she anticipates I might have later. I don’t always think of them when I’m in the moment, so that’s very much appreciated. The office is cheerful and welcoming, and everyone who works there–from the receptionist to the assistants and the hygienists–is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend!
