The dentist was great but it seems impossible to get a hold of the reception to book an appointment. I have been calling for 3 weeks now and left a voicemail over a week ago, but no response whatsoever. I am done with this…

This is really sad that the receptionist had a loss in her family. And feel terrible about writing that review. However, that is a completely private piece of information of the receptionist and shouldn’t just be shared with random people on the Internet.

Secondly, it’s the owner’s responsibility to hire staff. If you can’t find someone, offer a higher wage. If you can’t offer a wage high enough to attract employees, that’s really a business problem — not something that should be blamed on the poor receptionist’s loss or dealt with by gaslighting unhappy clients.

My family has been seeing Dr. Rattray for some time. More recently we needed some more involved work for my son who gets pretty anxious about most things and this was no different. Dr. Rattray and his wonderful colleagues were wonderful with my son and managed the situation and process as well as anyone could. It’s a great team all around and we’re happy to put our dental/oral care in the hands of such wonderful professionals and people. Thank you!

I had a first time wonderful experience at Dr Rattrey’sBarrhaven location. I have been a client of a downtown dentist for 30 years. I was seeking something closer to home.
The reception was warm, the staff very professional and they listened to me when I explained some issues we might encounter along the way. There were explanations for each step of the appointment… very good care.

I recommend them highly.
