**Misleading**

I initially booked an appointment over the phone for a teeth whitening procedure. During the call, the receptionist informed me that this service was not covered by my insurance plan. However, a few minutes later, I received another call from the same number, this time from a different representative, who confirmed that the procedure can be included in my insurance coverage. Based on this information, I proceeded to schedule the appointment.

Upon arriving for the appointment, the doctor invited me to sit down and began to explain that the whitening service was not, in fact, covered by my insurance. Feeling misled and upset, I left without proceeding with the treatment asking the doctor to debrief his team about this matter.
10 minutes later the clinic contacted me to apologize for the confusion and offered to provide the service free of charge, citing a misunderstanding.

While they characterized it as a misunderstanding, I suspect it may have been a tactic to bring me in under the pretense of coverage, only to inform me otherwise upon arrival, perhaps in the hope that I would decide to pay out of pocket once I was there.

Unfortunately this clinic is on my list to avoid it in the future.

I have installed new braces with Dr. Krish.
I will update this review with the final result when I take off my braces in two years.
But overall, my experience was beyond amazing with Dr. Krish. I have installed two braces in the past 10 years, both were unsuccessful. And none of the three orthodontist were able to understand my need.
Finally, Dr. Krish was able to explain and define my need and how I want my smile to look like. He gave me full attention, focus and time to work on my case and to make sure all my needs are met.
Let alone, the professionalism of staff and the cleanliness of the studio.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the Orthodontist in Dubai. The orthodontists at this clinic are truly exceptional. I felt completely confident and at ease during my visit there.
