Worst experience!!! The computers were down on the day of my appointment so they sent me home and told me they’ll call me to make another appointment. I didn’t go back. A month later they sent me a bill of $82.00. I don’t understand how I should pay that amount when nothing was done. It is so unfair!!! I called the receptionist who then proceeded to tell me that just because dentist Ferguson saw me and told me I needed to get a root canal then that meant I had to pay $82. That man looked into my mouth and said “oh you have a discolored tooth you’ll probably need a root canal” and I should pay $82 for that?? I didn’t even get a X-ray or a cleaning.These people are con artists, not to mention selfish. They don’t deserve your money because they simply don’t care about the customers well being at all. Oh and did I mention that I was a new patient. First impressions last.

Dr. Ferguson and staff are remarkably kind and approachable. They work with a servant’s heart and put the patient first. I have experienced the best care and professionalism from his team that I have ever encountered dealing with a doctor’s office. They go ABCD to make any wrongs right and truly take the time to build rapport with their clients. I will never go to another dentist as long as this practice exists. I enjoy supporting Black owned businesses and this practice is at the apex of its game. Bubbles is absolutely amazing and it is such an honor to know a person of her caliber. There is a sense of family and belonging every single time I walk through their doors. I will be forever loyal. Thank you all so very much! My smile is brighter because of your care.

First of all,Where is Dr.Fergusion and his staff?? Thought I was in the twilight zone.Was called after waiting 20 minutes,than waited an additional 20 minutes for the hygienist.Since I was having back spasms,I got out of the chair and stood,and stretched.Upon her entrance,said If you need to do something on your phone,go ahead,I’m a millennial,so know what a phone means?? Okay. She did a great job of cleaning.Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the DR.to come,who interrogated me,but offered No information about her! I never met you,and You are Not Dr.Ferguson..soo , again what’s going on? Has he retired and sold out his practice?
