Recently switched to Dr. Chong’s practice on the advice of a family member after I was unhappy with my regular dentist. I’m usually very nervous at the dentist and experience a lot of pain but this was my best experience ever. The cleaning was very gentle, extremely thorough and virtually pain-free unlike my normal experience with cleanings. The hygienist was very mindful of the areas giving me pain and also took the time to answer my questions and explain everything that was going on which made me feel much less anxious. I was even given excellent advice to improve the way I care for my gums and that’s the first time I’ve been given new information for my home dental care in many years. Highly recommended!

She’s always totally professional, frank and forthcoming in her advice, careful in her diagnoses, explains procedures clearly, and is always reassuring and supportive,
