I don’t usually write reviews, but if there’s one thing that pisses me off, it’s dishonesty and deception. This place is a big scam. They divide your mouth in quarters and charge you $200/quarter to clean your mouth. I came here they cleaned only a quarter of my mouth for 1.5 h and charged 3 units and said I would have to come back 3 more times to finish cleaning. I told the dentist that I will not be returning, he almost had a heart attack because he knew what he was doing. When I went to another dentist, the new dentist cleaned my entire mouth for 6 units and said that the previous dentist did a trash job cleaning and went over his work. Avoid this trash place because the dentists are dishonest scammers. It doesn’t take 4 sessions to clean someone’s mouth and they overcharge for no reason especially when they find out you have insurance. They take the opportunity to extend your cleaning sessions to scam you as much as possible making you pay way more $$$ from your own pocket. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist who will do the job at 1/4 of the cost here!
As someone who has been terrified of dentists due to previous bad experiences where mistakes were made and caused more harm than good, finding Dr. Julien and Dr. Ducharme was a heaven-sent miracle!
Not only are they incredibly sympathetic to our fears, but they are also exceptionally well-equipped to make us feel comfortable in the chair and earn 100% of our trust.
I’ve seen them for many different reasons, and each time they exceed my expectations. I couldn’t recommend them more!
They have helped me transform my teeth for the better and have given me the confidence to SMILE 😉
I have never been to a dental practice where I have been treated with such respect and kindness. I have interacted with all the doctors at this practice and they are all top tier. Nick, the hygienist is so gentle. If you are looking for a dentist Dr. Luc Ducharme and Associates is the only place I would recommend. Catherine D.
