If you do not have benefits they will not do work with you. I asked if they could do partial work so I could do it in portions and they didn’t call me back at all. They then called back and said “put it on a credit card” or go elsewhere. Initially when I was referred I told them I don’t have benefits so I’m not sure where the disconnect was but they refused to do partial work and would not give a quote to do the dental work in portions. Choose elsewhere!
Dr Fong is an awesome dentist and I have been going to her for over 15 years. She really takes the time to explain procedure, answer questions and I’m always overwhelmed at how the end result far exceeds my own expectation. The office team is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Petra is so nice and I like that she phones with a reminder before my scheduled appointment. Dr Fong and team are truly an amazing dental office and I can’t thank them enough.
Dr Mae Fong was my dentist back when I was a kid, came back curious 15 years later to see if she was still there and she was! Still looks the same, laughs the same, and is truly nice and attentive.
Great place, great prices. Nastolgic too:)
