Buyer beware!! Years ago, I was going to get some cosmetic treatment done on my teeth, instead dr. rajabi started working and drilling my good and healthy molar tooth just about where he was supposed to do the cosmetic repair work. Being under anaesthesia, l first couln’t tell what was happening, but middle of the treatment l realized that he was onto something else. When l stopped him and asked what exactly was he doing, he said that there was a “cavity” on my molar tooth which he wanted to care of it first. He must have figured that l have extended insurance coverage, so why not make more money out of me and my insurance. When l raised my voice, the owner of the no name clinic l visited in Vancouver, where lot of people on fixed income and welfare visited and where a big chunk of revenue was coming in from the government, said l won’t be charged any fee and begged my forgiveness for his malpractice. Next day, l complained to the Dental Association of BC, when l was shocked to hear that he wasn’t even registered with them. I was told that he must have got his degree from outside Canada and the Dental Association would take legal action against the clinic and him in due course.

I have had a pleasure of knowing and visiting Dr. Rajabi for past 4 years as he was recomended to me by my brother who is an MD himself.
I found Dr. Rajabi and his team including Sylvia ” intake person” very friendly , experienced, professional , caring and accommodating, and their treatment charges are very reasonable compare to any other dental clinics I have ever been to in Vancouver in past 38 years.

I’m not satisfied of their service and never recommend to anyone. They charged me without treatment!!
The truth is that I said at the beginning that my problem is related to the implant and that it only needs cover glue. However, you took an. X-Ray of my teeth and finally said that we do not do implants and introduced another doctor. What’s the point of taking x-Ray that costs me money when you’re not doing? I went to another place and my problem was solved without being charged for no reason. That’s why I decided to leave you a review after all this time. Patients trust the treatment center and your behavior was not professional at all!
