Always seen by someone different, no relationship based care. Two cleanings ago the hygienist was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even sat there and ate a donut while I was waiting in the chair. Another time they had me come in for an appointment that apparently was made in error and the dentist couldn’t see me (again, rotating staff so no one knows what’s going on). I missed valuable time at work for that. Today, my husband had an appointment but needed to cancel because our son is running a 103 degree fever and needs to go to the doctor. I’m unable to miss work today for him to still attend his appointment, so they are charging him $50. They would rather my husband bring our sick son into the office and infect everyone than have him reschedule. You would think they would be more considerate about illness in a post-Covid world. After 10+ years we are done with this place. Maybe I should charge them $50 for wasting my time that day they dragged me into the office for nothing.

I went there for quite awhile..the dentists are all good but the majority of the girls who work there have an attitude. Especially Courtney who answers the phone. The dentist tells you..call me if you need an antibiotic and when you call Courtney won’t give them the message she makes you come in…if you have an emergency and can’t make it..but you cancel the same day..they send you a bill for $50 within 5 minutes of cancelling..if you try to explain.that someone in your family was dying..they don’t care…again the dentists are great if you can put up with the staff.

I have been a patient here for almost ten years, and cannot say enough about the team and excellent experience. I’ve gone to Brittany as my dental tech since the beginning, and coming back to get my teeth cleaned feels like visiting a friend.

They are attentive, timely and always on the ball! I’ve even since recruited my husband to come with me, and we both love this office. Can’t say enough about how wonderful their service is, and how fantastic of an experience I’ve had there! And how many people say that about coming to the dentist? Great people all around!
