This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I went to her back in April 2022 to start much needed dental work. My first appointment was an exam and dental x-rays. I was patient with her while she took weeks to determine if my insurance would work with her, which should have been the first red flag. Long story short, due to some indiscretions on her part they agreed only to cover the imaging, but would not cover any work with her beyond that. I have a new dentist who requested those x-rays that I paid for and was told in a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL manner that she would not send my x-rays because she doesn’t have an assistant and does not have time. It takes five minutes to send x-rays through email or U.S. mail. What professional dentist communicates with a colleague in such a dismissive manner? I would definitely steer clear of this dentist.

I’d originally came in thinking I needed my wisdom teeth remove. I was in extreme pain and had terrible migraines that were negatively effecting my work. Dr. Mouton was very kind and after checking a few x-rays and pictures of my teeth determined that a root canal of one of my teeth would relieve my pain. Naturally, I panicked thinking that it’d be a painful procedure. She assured me everything would be fine and I scheduled the appointment for the root canal.

The procedure went very smoothly and painlessly as Dr. Mouton talked me through every step of the way. My brother came to pick me up and she even helped walked me down the stairs while I was in drug induced haze.

Overall this was the best experience I’d ever had at a dentist office. For anyone like me who is absolutely terrified of the dentist, and of course those that are far braver than me, I’d highly recommend her practice.

I’ve never ever experienced treatmeant like this, I’ve been in pain sense I left last Wednesday, she text me at 2:31 am say she made it to Texas and that my gums would be ok, use Organic Honey and coconut oil on them, really? Then I text her Saturday letting her know I’m still on Pain, she calls me Monday asking if I have tweezers and for me to pull out my on temporary Crown really??? Man I could go on, but I don’t think I have enough space
