I have read some negative reviews here but I don’t understand why. I waited for more than 6 months to see Dr Pagni . It was a referral from my dentist . When I finally met him for examination of my teeth and diagnosis , I found him to be very professional and highly experienced. Although I had a serious gum inflammation and bleeding issue going on and a real possibility of losing my teeth , he didn’t alarm me . He found strategies to work on my teeth and gum, treatment to start soon . I was nervous to attend this appointment , however walked out of there relieved and so glad to have made this appointment. Dr is friendly , courteous and thorough . I would highly recommend him. The receptionist was kind enough to walk out of her office and guide me to the clinic as I had missed the location and gone further up .
My mother was given the run around, charged exorbitant fees and no resolution for her issue. The resolution was found by taking my mother elsewhere and the issue resolved with one visit. I am in disbelief of what occurred with my mother. She will not be returning to see mr pagni .
Seems more interested in his jaguar than patient care. Had a horrendous experience of failed tooth extraction under local anaesthetic followed by surgery under GA. I don’t want to go back to him if I need surgery again.
