I used to have a lot of bad experience with dentists in the past and for me to find a good specialist is not an easy task. Just had my first appointment here for a big filling in my tooth. Prior to the appointment I walked in just to see what options would be available in my situation. Asking the questions that were crucial to me Dr. Michou showed her patience, respect and understanding, providing all the answers to my questions…and that was important… Next morning I came to my appointment, waited a few minutes for preparations, got anesthesia injection for my tooth…Dr. Michou and her assistant worked as a good team with professionalism and care. The tooth was restored by filling in less that an hour. After Dr. Michou explained all the details how work was done and than we proceeded to payment. With X-ray filling and everything else I got a reasonable price and have no problem with the tooth anymore. Dr Michou honestly explained that she was supposed to work close to the nerve and that she put medicine inside and everything… but still… I may feel some pain or sensitivity in next few days . I didn’t get any issues however and happy with that tooth 2 days now. Booked another appointment and going back to this place in a few weeks for another tooth to be fixed. The most important what I asked was about the warranty… if they stand behind their work. Dr. Michou said that if god forbid something happens in like a few month she would redo the tooth for free with understanding. It tells me that Dr. Roseanne Michou is an honest and responsible, someone who I can trust.

Before my recent dental visit, I had no issues with my teeth. I initially went for a routine cleaning and polishing. During the examination, the dentist identified two cavities and scheduled me for treatment. However, a couple of days after the treatment, one of the treated teeth started to hurt.

I returned to the dental office, and the dentist prescribed an antibiotic, but the pain persisted. After a follow-up visit, she changed the antibiotic, but there was still no relief. Once I finished the antibiotic course and called the office, the receptionist informed me that I needed to make another appointment, but there were no available slots.

After a disagreement over the phone with the receptionist, the dentist called me, suggesting that I see another dentist for a root canal, as it was a procedure she couldn’t perform at her office. I am frustrated because I had no dental problems prior to this visit, and now I’m being referred to another dentist for a more serious treatment.

Dr. Rosanne & her team are all incredible. I have been a patient for quite a few years now and it has been a great experience every time. Rosanne is an incredibly skilled professional who really cares about her patients and absolutely provides them with the best possible care and comfort. She is very easy to work with as far as insurance and payment. I would recommend Dr. Rosanne & her team to any of my friends and family.
