This was by far my worst experience with a dental clinic. First of all I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic at all I called in a few weeks ago I wanted to see my invisilign projection. I asked the receptionist that I wanted to talk to Dr. Savita, as she was in charge of my treatment. I was told she’s not in the office I asked further on when will she be back none of the staff members knew about her return further on I was told a treatment coordinator will call I further asked what’s would be the approximate time frame of when I would receive a call they did not knew that too on top of that the receptionist kept lying about the treatment coordinator being in the meeting then being not in the office and being mean and rude to me that she doesn’t know anything I told her then let me talk to someone who knows when will the dr come back or when the treatment coordinator will call she was rude and disrespectful on call and cutted the call I called them like so many times but they kept disconnecting it. Upon my arrival on their clinic they said it was close even though on the their site and maps it showed they closed at 7 and I was there at 6.i told these people that I came from a really far place and not gonna leave without talking to someone since no one is picking my phone. Any how to keep it short these people tried to put false allegations on me that I was harassing them when they were the ones pushing and not giving my $ 1000 back to me I had to call the police aswell to make sure they knew everything luckily I was also recording these people. I am still waiting on the treatment coordinator to call back. Otherwise, I have to raise this issue legally.
This was by far the worst experience of my life, and I need my $1000 back as soon as possible. I do not recommend Dr. Savitas clinic as she is not even in the clinic plus her staff is just soooo disrespectful it’s insane. If I had an option to give it 0 ratings I would have…. I don’t even think I want to continue the treatment unless these disrespectful people let me talk to the doctor by appointment or something… Extremely disappointing behavior.

I am writing an Honest Opinion today. I have been trying to get rid of my biggest insecurity, couldn’t do it earlier in life due to some causes. Dr. Savita (ji)’s associates kept in contact with and kept following up until I finally showed up to their office and getting signed up for a treatment, which I have been wanting for my whole life.
The experience felt like home. It didn’t feel like I was at a clinic, it felt like I was somewhere where They really care and want to help you no matter what.
I have heard doctors are to be placed in position of as God as they have skills to save lives. Indeed I saw them at this clinic. So positive vibes and so pure intentions. Every single person had a big smile on their face. I thank God for making me go there and I thank the whole team for providing a family like experience. I was insecure about my smile whole life – I never smiled openly in public- but in that clinic with all of them I was smiling the whole time.

I started my treatment July 2022. My teeth had big gaps. I cannot smile fully as it really showed the spaces. When Dr Savita examined my teeth, She assured me that it will be fix. Every process had been explained well and now I am on my way to my beautiful smile. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. Thank you Dr. Savita, you have an AMAZING TEAM!!
