Just beware from this practice! I scheduled an appointment for my son that’s almost 16 years old and arrived to the appointment only to be told that this service is only available from age 18. What a disgrace not to be informed. I guess you get what you pay for…The receptionist at the desk claimed that it wasn’t her fault because she’s only here to do the scans and the company is based in Germany so I should just have it out with them…
Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Zuerst musste ich einen Fragebogen ausfullen, die Fragen empfand ich als sehr wichtig und professionell fur die Behandlung. Die Assistentin erklarte mir dann nochmal den genauen Ablauf der Behandlung und beantwortete alle meine Fragen! Sie war sehr freundlich 🙂
Der 3D-Scan war uberhaupt nicht unangenehm oder der gleichen!
Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefuhlt und freue mich nun auf meinen Behandlungsplan!

Very pleasant and relaxed first experience at this practice! I found them friendly, thorough, professional and efficient! Very nice, very clean, modern offices also. Loved the free shuttle service offered, there and back for 1st timers, as well as the constant before and after sms & email updates and reminders. Everything very efficiently run with much care and caring. Lovely experience so far!
