Reviews:
I recently went there as I was referred by another dentist who couldn’t handle my issue. I did my research too and ultimately agreed that I’d go with her. When I got there I was helped right away and her assistant was very receptive and even sympathetic to my anecdote about the pain I’ve been having. She got straight to the point too. However when the doctor came along she just said a few words and wanted to walk away. I honestly didn’t even hear part of her prognosis bc she was wearing a mask (which is fine), but at least stick around to help me understand or make sure I clearly hear you. So Naturally bc this is my MOUTH and I’ve been in immense annoying pain, it felt rude that she just wanted to hash out a few words and go about her merry way. Her demeanor felt like she didn’t want to give me the time of day. This is after your assistant did all the work and gave you a synopsis and while I understand that perhaps there may be others that merit some additional attentiveness it doesnt mean that my concerns shouldn’t be addressed. I was referred to her bc she’s very well respected and I was hoping that she’d be more sympathetic. It almost felt like my questions were “forcing” her to stick around and it wasn’t until I was persistent that she proceeded to give me an explanation I understood. I’m going to you bc I don’t know what’s happening and to hopefully obtain a prognosis that will remedy my issue. All it took was a few extra minutes of your time to be concise, LISTEN and not walk away as your answering questions. Ultimately I understood and I appreciate that. But I’m giving 3 stars bc it just seemed so blase to her that I had these concerns. I know you see this everyday but not every client is the same and this experience was a bit disappointing because I’ve been in so much pain and my last dentist gave me this attitude too when I expressed THE VERY SAME CONCERNS. And then Only to go to this doctor and get the same dismissive attitude. I’m glad that at least her staff was very kind and attentive. I wouldn’t normally write something so lengthy but when someone is in pain, taking a few extra minutes to “feign” concern and sympathy wouldn’t hurt.
I read the 3-star review and feel it is an unfair characterization of Dr. Molina. The reason that she would not have spent as much time explaining is because her assistants are trained to handle that part. This way she can devote her valuable time to actually getting patients out of pain as quickly as possible. She’s not stuck in a different room explaining things more to a patient whose answers can be gotten from an assistant, rather she’s actually relieving someone’s pain.

That was my experience. She worked me into her busy schedule on a Christmas Eve (many years ago) and did a quick, efficient job of fixing my problem tooth. I’ve never had any issue with that tooth since. That deserves 5 stars–not 3!

Came in to see Dr. Molina for a root canal. She and her staff are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable given an uncomfortable situation. The entire process took about 20-30 minutes or at least that’s how long it seemed. I had no pain or discomfort during the process. I recommend her 1000% When I was younger, I had a root canal by the regular dentist and it was horrific to say the least. Not to mention, they put a massive hole in my tooth structure. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Molina!!!
