I was referred to Dr. Carmona by Pamela and Yasmine at Durham Denture Clinic. I am a 66 year old senior with much anxiety about dentists. Thank you for the referral Durham Denture Clinic, after explaining my fears, Dr. Carmona and his staff were patient, reassuring, understanding and explained everything step by step. I feel much more comfortable having any work done, I even didn’t use the gas. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Carmona and his staff to anyone, especially people with the same fears as I had. There is more work to be done yet, but I am confident that it will be done with the same care, understanding, and patience he has given me already. I am very happy to have found Dr. Carmona.

I was looking for a dentist in the area as I just got benefits, and people recommend Glendale dentist. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Stephen Carmona. I was very nervous about going to the dentist but the staff was very calm when they did my teeth cleaning. When I went back for my second appointment for my cavity fillings and wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Stephen Carmona was very professional. He took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable. He basically went step by step on how the procedures would go, and I was glad he did that. For example, when he was doing the extraction, he told I would feel a lot of pressure and pulling which I did,but didn’t feel any pain. Thank you staff and Stephen Carmona.

I used to be a patient here when I lived in Pickering. I called to have my dental x-rays emailed to me for my new dentist. When I informed the receptionist “You guys lost my records because I used to order from the Dominos next door,” she told me I was being rude. Maybe it was my tone, however, I fail to see how calling out what I seen as an error is rude. I did not use profanity, nor did I target anyone with verbal abuse. I think the receptionist needs to get thicker skin, or find a new job.
