Fantastic dentist office with fantastic staff! I highly recommend!
I had to get work done on my teeth today. Had already spoken to the receptionist Debra who was very knowledgeable and kind. I was greeted by her again then brought back to one of the rooms by the dental assistant Mackenna. She was very welcoming and kindly explained some things and got me all set up. I have anxiety when it comes to dentists and she had such a calm energy it really helped me feel better about being there. My dentist was Dr.Ledding. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did an absolutely fantastic job on my teeth! When he went to give me freezing, I was quite panicked as in the past I’ve not had the best experiences with the needles. Dr.Ledding then told me to take a nice breath in and as I was, started to give me the freezing. He was so gentle and precise, I honestly hardly felt a thing! I couldn’t believe it!
Over all, I am extremely pleased with experience at their office and I absolutely recommend it! And if you want a dentist who is going to do a fantastic job, ask for Dr.Ledding!
I have been going to this office since 2007 and would never go to another office. I watched them grow as a business, expand, move locations and never lose sight of their customers or their customer service. Would recommend Dr Johnson to anyone and all of his staff have been exemplary. Price point is fair and their excellent service is the only thing that keeps me coming back as I have high dental anxiety and have had a significant amount of dental work due to major teeth damage stemming from an accident when I was 12. There is nothing more I could ask for from this dental group!!
I have had many fillings done here and it has been really, really good. I got a root canal recently. I did not know dental work could hurt this much. What I did was ask for T3s when they could have given me better pain management. I would definitely have asked for a stronger anti-inflammatory had I realized that would basically evaporate the pain.
