Don’t recommend at all. AVOID.
I had pain and suffering for two years!

I was using this clinic for two years and I suffered lots of pain every time I visited as the doctor did not care about my suffering and he was not patient to do it slower or find a way to stop my pain.

He just wanted to finish the job and get the money and go to the next patient.

I was just a number to him, not a person.

He was so rude that he asked me if I use drugs and it’s my fault that I have so much pain.

The other time he told me maybe you have HIV because of the pain and bleeding!

He wasn’t even asking, he was telling me like if I’m a drug addict or actually diagnosed with HIV!

So rude! What the hell!

This isn’t a prison camp in Vietnam, we live in Australia for god sake!

I was at the point that I had accepted my faith and thought maybe my teeth are so sensitive that I should suffer every time I visit a dentist like I’m being tortured by Nazis.

It was until I went to another doctor, she saw I’m in pain so she changed the top of the tool and did the whole cleaning a bit slower with that new tool. Result: I had no pain at all! I did my upper jaw even without numbness.

Although I had no pain, I was sweating a lot and my muscles were very tense due to all the Drama I had when I was visiting Dr Steven Du.

I give this clinic a zero score.

I had to do a complex extraction of all my wisdom teeth and went to two different dentists and they both said it was a bit risky and they didn’t want to proceed with it. I found out about Dr. Steven and came to meet him regarding my extraction. He gave me a whole insight about what was wrong with it and gave a whole dental plan leading up to the surgery. I myself am terrified of anything relating to dental but Dr.Steven made me feel so comfortable during the whole surgery and it was a huge success. He was very considerate when it came to pain management and I didn’t feel any pain during the whole procedure. Michelle and Dr. Steven constantly checked up on me during my recovery to see how things were going and kept all records of everything I was feeling. My recovery was so good because of the advice provided by Dr. Steven and Michelle and didn’t suffer any sort of extreme pain. I heard a lot of bad experiences from my friends when they got their wisdom teeth extracted which made me so scared but mine was like a walk in the park. Today was my 7th day after the extraction and went in again to remove my stitches and my healing process had no issues at all. 10/10 will recommend Dr.Steven to anyone in a heartbeat.

Amazing service from the Dental Nurse who provided me with assistance from the beginning and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Du was also amazing and explained my wisdom tooth procedure fully and listened to all my concerns patiently.

Both were super understanding + knowledgeable and overall had a great experience.
