I do not recommend this dentist. I scheduled an appt because I needed a root canal. X-rays were done and the dentist did the usual check up and asked if I wanted to have the root canals performed. I was given the price for 2 root canals and the dentist was very pushy & rude. I told them I didn’t have the funds at the moment & would reschedule for another day. His assistant insisted again and offered to perform one root canal and place antibiotics on the other tooth until I reschedule. I asked for the cost of the antibiotics & she said there’s no charge for the antibiotics but I would have to pay for at least one root canal in order to get the antibiotics. I declined since I didn’t have the funds and they refused to provide the antibiotics even though it was fully covered by my insurance. I called my dental insurance & was told there is no charge for the antibiotics & I would only have to pay for one root canal which is the molar, there is no charge for the 2nd one due to the placement. The Insurance Rep called the dental office to provide the correct coverage for the root canals. I called the dental office to reschedule my root canal appt and was told the dentist cannot perform the root canal, I asked why & she simply said the dentist cannot do it. I then asked why was he willing to do it 30mins ago if I paid, then all of a sudden he’s unable to. She kept repeating he cannot do it and that’s it. She was very rude and unprofessional. The office is money hungry. They refused to provide a service that was covered by my insurance free of charge & attempted to overcharge for services. Be aware of your coverage and benefits or places ike this will try to steal your money.

Terrible service! Someone had recommended this place and went in there as a new patient. Had 2 separate appointments for just one cavity filling and took too many unnecessary x-rays both times and used up the insurance allowance. Now can’t even go to another dentist because of this POS. New clients beware.

I love Dr Tin ! After 4 other dentists tried to do a root canal with no luck ,I was told I MUST SEE A SPECIALIST Dr Tin was able to do that work! He accomplished what others couldn’t. He has been doing dental work for me for about 10 years now
