An awesome dentist! The front office staff is polite and efficient. The waiting area is calming and clean. The receptionist is kind, polite and mindful. They accept most insurance and they accept MD Healthy Smiles. The Dentist is gentle and quick and his bedside manner is most comfortable and reassuring. I wouldn’t lie to you, I have a fear of the dentist but he reassured me and made me feel comfortable. He also treats children so do not hesitate, give them a call today! I got a filling in my wisdom tooth and I didn’t feel a thing!!! I hope to see you all there.

The office lady insisted I pay upfront. I did. She then kept coming in there where I was with the doctor and giving me a price on every single thing the doctor was recommending. I found it condescending because I felt as if she was acting like I didn’t have the money to pay. I asked her to stop and she exploded at me that she didn’t like the way I spoke to her. I got out of the chair, got my receipt and left. The doctor was good but I felt belittled and disrespected. I left. I will never ever return and I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Called Dr. Charles at 10:45pm for an emergancy appointment for my hudsband, he kindly answered the phone and answered all of my questions without and problems. My husband has been his patient for years, he is a very good dentist and hes not in it for the money, he is more concerned about your health and well being. He is AWESOME!!!!!!
