Dr. Winston Change is very straight forward and honest to explain the treatments options and has excellent skills with friendly bedside manner. My appointments were all on time and prompt without much waiting. His office staffs are most delightful which eases the dreadful feeling of seeing a dentist. His charges are reasonable comparing with other dentists I had previously . I highly recommendDr.Chang to anyone looking for a dentist.
I am a new patient having gone there twice so far for cleaning and checkup. I switched to him because my former practice indicated I needed all kinds of work, so I sought a second opinion with Dr. Chang. He assured me I did not need the extensive work recommended. It has been about 8 months since Dr. Chang became my dentist and I have recommended others as well. I found him in Washington Checkbook.
