It was my first appointment, and I was fairly impressed with the level of service I received. I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in until the very end. The receptionists were very welcoming and offered a mini tour of the clinic. Dr. Conanec and his assistants were very professional and conducted an extensive examination, which included cancer screening, jaw muscle and lymph node checking, and a thorough teeth examination. Everything was documented and well explained to me and to the hygienist with whom I had my next appointment.
Parking might be challenging in the area, so plan your visit accordingly. At 9:30 am, I was lucky to find one of the two parking spots on Guy Street right next to the clinic when I arrived, so it was easy for me that day. Having 10-15 extra minutes if you have to park a little further is recommended. Overall, it was a wonderful and satisfying experience.
I only have positive things to say about Drummond Dental Group for probably more than 22 years. I have had complete confidence in the dentists I have had.
Presently Dr Turcotte is not only extremely proficient in his field, educating us,(his clients), he also has the best attitude with the patients making us feel completely at ease regardless of the procedure.
The dental assistants and dental hygienists have been extremely skilled and helpful.
The receptionists are always on the ball and cordial.

I’ve been loyal to the Drummond Dental group for years for several reasons. You’re taken care of from the moment you enter the office until you leave. They are very competent, attentive to each one’s needs and have a warm and welcoming environment. In case of any issues or doubts abou a procedure, they are very accommodating and will take the time to walk you through everything until you’re confident. I would definitely recommend the group to anyone.
