I was new to town and had not yet found a Dentist for my regular checkups or emergencies.

I found myself on a weekend with a tooth that had cracked in half and one half of it that had fallen out.

I contacted Duncan Dental first thing Monday morning and they fit me in at 9:00am that morning.

I never give a perfect score on any surveys as there is always something to improve upon. Well this will by my first 10 out of 10 that I give to Duncan Dental.

The dental hygienist was so friendly, they explained everything in detail that was going to happen to make sure I understood everything.

The person that explained the billing to me had everything in order and I knew what to expect depending on what procedure I was going to need.

Dr. Mai, was perfect in explaining what he would be checking for and showed me my x-ray on what was happening.

Luckily I did not need a root canal, and just a build up, temporary cap, mold for permanent cap, and a scheduled appointment to install the permanent cap in two weeks.

I was expecting to have to have the temporary cap done another day, but to my surprise, they performed the procedure right then and there.

I walked in a new patient (emergency) patient, and 1-1/2 hours later I walked out with a temporary crown, and peace of mind that I made the right choice.

By the way, this was a painless experience both physically, mentally, and financially.

Thank you everyone, from the front office, Dr’s, Maintenance, etc. it’s takes a team and what a team it is.

Congrats to bringing back customer service to where it needs to be in a business.

I have been going to Duncan Dental for at least 5 years and have been very pleased with the whole staff! Duncan is very warm and caring and easy to talk to. His assistants are great at what they do too. Honestly, I have a fear of dentists going back to some painful procedures when I was young. I have definitely gotten over that at Duncan Dental. Duncan is concerned when you seem uncomfortable; and stops and checks in on you during procedures (and I have had many crowns replaced and a couple root canals).
Dr. Mai is also very good! My son had his front teeth broken (typical boy!) and Dr. Mai did a repair that was absolutely wonderful and he has a great smile years later. He loves Dr. Mai and takes care of his teeth well because he cares about Dr. Mai being pleased with him (after all he fixed his smile and gave him confidence years before).

The best staff and facility that I have ever encounter in my lifetime!! I’m so glad I found this Dental office and definitely recommend this facility to anyone that would like the care and respect shown to its customers always!!
