I scheduled an appointment at this clinic at very specific time for very specific blood tests to be done on a certain day. Reorganized all my working plans extra, booked weeks in advance and came extra from interstate for this appointment . Got a phone call a few days before the appointment to be told that it is cancelled and there is no other doctor to replace. So now will not be able to perform certain tests and will have to wait at least another month. Very disappointning.

All the staff are friendly, happy, always helpful and show great compassion.
The standard of care and degree of professionalism in delivering this patient care is upmost with the advantage of both a holistic and conventional medical management plans and strategies appropriate for the patients condition(s).

Honestly this was as wonderful as a trip to the dentist could be considering I knew I needed some fillings. From the friendly receptionist to Dr Teresa Ko and her lovely assistant. The constant communication and care during my experience was everything you could ask for and really shone a light on how negative my previous experiences with various other dentists have been by comparison.
