Do not go here. It is not the same! They do not care about the customer. The way the front desk receptionist Dede talks to customers is condescending and rude. I don’t know how a business can thrive having an employee talk to customers the way she does. I have a Masters degree in nursing education and cannot believe someone with her attitude is getting away with the way she talks.
The majority of this practices good reviews is from when it was owned by Dr. Julio and even from Dr. Vitale. I have been using this practice for decades since I was born but will not be coming back. Practice went downhill since it was sold. Do yourself a favor, don’t looked at the 4.8 stars. The good reviews are from before this practice was bought out. Terrible and never go here.
As a former patient I am very disappointed in the service from my last vist. The dentist left the practice and new one did a horrible job with my implant crown. When brought this to the attention of now the third dentist there he basically said I have to hunt down the previous dentist even though it was done at this facility. Then we asked about records being transferred to our new dentist they basically gave the run arround aswell not to mention the front desk lady is rude and not very friendly when asking her questions she gets annoyed about it but isn’t this her job? Definitely not recommending.
I took my grandma to her dental appointment today, and DeDe was extremely kind and welcoming. She knew who my grandma was right away. I could tell she cares about the patients that come in. I was also due for a cleaning and she was able to fit me into the schedule right after my grandma. Kim took care of my grandma, who said Kim was very patient and friendly. I was taken care of by Adie who was efficient and did a great job of making me comfortable. We both really appreciated the help from everyone on the staff and the upbeat atmosphere.
