Dr. Neinstein is not just an exceptional dentist but an overall great medical professional. She cares and takes time to explain everything. She works with you and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures.
But what really impresses me is her friendly personable approach. I lost my dog three years ago and she still remembers his name. We seem to increasingly see a lack of this as our medical system steadily moves towards a “conveyer-belt” approach.
I became a patient shortly after she opened on Dupont Street in 2021. This after being patient for over 40 years at a neighbouring dentistry that went through a change in ownership.
I am very happy to have found Dr. Neinstein and extremely confident she will continue to do a great job. I highly recommend Dr. Neinstein.

I visited Dupont Dentalworks as a new patient because of an emergency tooth issue. They took me in nearly right away, with a warm, friendly and caring staff. Dr Freedman did his absolute best to address the issue, but because of my pain and swelling I was unable to get my mouth open wide enough to have it examined properly. Not to worry, he was able to get me into a specialist within an hour and a half. Once fully examined, I went back a week later for the extraction. Dr. Freedman fully and in layman’s terms explained what would happen, and I’m happy to report the tooth is gone and I am on the mend. I want to thank every member of the great staff, and Dr Freedman and Dr. Neinstein for their persistence and kindness. I would happily recommend this office to anyone.
I am a nervous and traumatized dental patient and do not trust easily and so I put Dr Neinstien and her team through their paces to meet my exacting needs. They passed with flying colours! Their attention to detail and their care for my comfort at every moment helped me feel safe and confident. I also loved the mouth camera! I’ve always been reluctant and unmotivated to care for my teeth to the degree needed, but when I saw the damage being done with the camera it’s given me the push I needed and I’ve never been more motivated to floss! It’s a never too late for a fresh start! Thanks to the whole team I’m feeling empowered and motivated!
