Staff did NOT communicate that I could not go into room and performed exam without me (parent) present! They stated when I first entered that I could either come in or wait. I stated that she could do the xray alone but to come get me IMMEDIATELY after xray due to this being her FIRST EVER DENTIST VISIT. Staff DID NOT come get me until after the dr seen my child WITHOUT A PARENT PRESENT. I brought this to the attention of staff. They kept telling me they would come get me when they were ready. I informed the front desk I was supposed to be back there after the xray and asked how long it would take, to which they responded that they would get me when they’re ready. The front desk proceeded to go to the room and then open the door for me to go back where I was informed they had already checked her out and I didn’t even speak to the dentist!! We left with a referral to another dentist and will NEVER be returning.

Terrible. Began my procedure. Cut my gums and everything. Didn’t feel anything until the assistant put water in my mouth. Felt it on the root. They didn’t even try to add more numbing agent just ended the appointment with my gum cut and mouth bleeding. Said I now need oral surgery. $100 turned into $2000.

This was by far the most comfortable and easy surgical extraction I have had so far. I did have to wait a while and was even asked to come back later the same day, but that was to be expected for a walk in emergency. I definitely recommend especially with their prices being as low as they are.
