Our previous dentist retired and that left my wife and I looking for another dentist we could trust and be comfortable with. Today was our first appointment with this dental group. The initial impression was a very good one. Crystal greeted us upon arrival and was polite and friendly throughout the visit. Dr Baileys took the time needed to examine us and explain in detail his findings. Amy was really nice to us as we checked out. All staff members we met there today were most respectful to us. We go back in a week to begin our treatments.

I love this dental office! Due to issues with another dental office, I had not seen a dentist for about 5 yrs. I took care of my teeth well enough, but they hadn’t been cleaned. I was always getting the sales pitch for deep cleaning every six months at over $1000 a cleaning and they refused to just do the regular cleaning. But this new office- perfect for for me! I’m a big baby and get very nervous. They are very gentle and calming and set my fears to rest. I recommend this office for everything they do!

The office and all the personnel are friendly and efficient. They send text/email reminders of appts., which is helpful and they are very thorough in their care. Our family has been going to East County Dental for over 20 years, and we have always been pleased with their service. There are no unnecessary tests or procedures and all the services are excellent quality.
