I have had the great pleasure, of attending East Mall Dental for many years. I look forward to seeing Dr. Steve, Anna, (Hygienist) (Operations Managers) Josee, Toni, and the lovely Lucille. They are well organized, articulate, professional and customer focused. They are like Family to me. Anna is amazing, so talented, and skilled, and a consummate professional who has provided yeoman service. Dr. Steve is a perfectionist and a nice man. The other technicians are absolutely wonderful as well. Dr. Steve genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his employees and patients. This positive, happy attitude is infectious from start to finish, and I feel like I just spent a day at the spa. Thankyou for this amazing dental experience. I have been going to East Mall family dental for many years. Maggie is the best hygienist…she is kind and patient and always provides the best cleanings. Dr Steve has been the greatest dentist !!! He was able to recommend and perform procedures that in my 50 years of going to dentists no other dentist had even suggested. For this I am grateful!!!! The staff are all amazing. They always greet my family with a smile and are accommodating when we need to move appointments around. Maggie is an exceptional dental hygienist, who is detail oriented, gentle and efficient.
