I came to this office September of 2023 to have crowns installed in the front of my mouth in the top row. I was very apprehensive as I still needed to get implants on the left side of my mouth and asked would they be able to close my gap. They said the implants should not have any impact on the spacing in the front, as they do not move. In November, I got the crowns for the front top 2 teeth and the 2 to the right and left (6 total crowns). By the next day I noticed a gap in my teeth. They told me to come in and in order to see my teeth. A gap had begin forming in the front of my 2 top teeth. They created me a retainer and stated once the implants were put in, it would keep my teeth from spreading. Well fast forward to me getting the permanent implants installed on the left side of my mouth and my teeth started to spread again. I called the office manager, Jay, and expressed my concern on 15 July 2024. He said to give him 24 hours to review my chart and he would call me back with a plan. So fast forward 2 weeks to 29 July 2024 and I had to call them back. My spouse asked why we had to call them back; he said he was about to email me my notes and services. I asked what the plan was and he stated there was nothing he could do, there were no guarantees. I was depending on him and Dr. Deepti Sareen as the experts. They assured me that my implants did not need to be in in order to maintain the closure in the front had I proceeded with the crowns prior to install. Now that they have my money they have left me with non-satisfactory service.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this answer to the office manager, Jay, he said there was nothing he could do about it. That I needed to listen and stop talking over him or he would hang up on me. I told him if he hung up on me, I’d call the Better Business Bureau; he told me he did not care what I did to call who ever I had to and hung up on me. I called back and said he was being rude and asked to speak to Dr. Sareen, the owner and the dentist who accomplished my treatment. He told me the dentist was busy and I needed to read the email and if I continued to question him he would hang up on me again, which he did. The email did not include any notation that a couple of days later after the procedure, I came back in complaining of spaces and how they made me 2 types of retainers to keep my teeth together “until my implants were to be installed”.
They were listed as a reputable dentist through my Delta Dental, Veteran benefits hub. As a retired military veteran, I expected far better treatment than I received. They seemed all to willing to take my money but when there was a problem, they hung the phone up in my face.
I need them to make this right. They need to figure out how to get rid of this space in the front of my teeth and the end result can not be a retainer for life!

I went to this dental office to have my mouth examined for an estimate of dental implants. The experience was generally a very bad one, with only a few exceptions. The dental surgeon I met was absolutely wonderful. She had many suggestions for creative solutions on how to get implants into my mouth, plus she’s a Navy veteran so we cut up a little bit over both of us being veterans. The dentist Dr. Sareen on the other hand had absolutely terrible bedside manner. She was extremely rude and made several cutting remarks that both myself and my wife did not appreciate. She definitely did know what she was talking about on the dentistry side, but she really could use a few lessons in improving her bedside manner. Finally the “office manager” or the guy who was spitting numbers at us, was an absolute jerk. He hyped the price on my procedure at least four times during the entire appointment, and was constantly trying to use high pressure sales tactics to get my wife and I to agree to take high cost loans to cover for my procedure. Ultimately, we walked out of that dental office with no ambition of ever returning. Which is unfortunate, because their dental surgeon (the Navy vet) seems like a real gem. If you plan to get dental implants, please go elsewhere.
My experience in the past has been great. Unfortunately, I did not receive a good experience with Dr. Acosta-Sassoon. During my visit she only recommended the previous chart records and did not do a teeth cleaning. She seemed to focus only on long term recommendations even though my teeth are in good condition. I was told to meet with the financial clerk and book another appointment. Very disappointing because as I mentioned my experience with the other Doctors in the past have been very professional at this location. Maybe you will have a better experience.
