I have to thank my lucky stars today, woke up with a heck of a tooth ache and got in contact with my dentist secretary Lynn (Angel on Earth ) I would say, well long story short Lynn was good enough to get me into see my dentist Dr. Corey Prince and that he is, thank you so much Dr Prince I could not have lasted like this all weekend your a life saver, so i say thank you from the bottom of my heart, and to Melissa your assistant who is always there to make me feel more at ease, you are all the very best and I am truly sorry for having to change your day plans but I am and will be forever grateful to all of you at “East End Dental”. Dr. Autterson is exceptional! Great professional, caring, very skilled! Straight forward advice, never unnecessary work! I barely felt the needle going in for the anesthesia. In my previous encounter (prior to Dr. Autterson) the needle was shoved in without mercy, very painfully, as if it pierced my brain. Dr. Autterson took great care to barely break the surface of the gum and initiate the anesthesia where there were no pain receptors. After that I am sure he could have went in with a jackhammer and it was all good!!! He took his time with me. There was virtually no pain throughout the procedure. The end result was great! I am very happy and I strongly recommend him!

***Always been happy but the staff as they really go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. Recently I was in for two procedures back to back. We couldn’t finish as I had felt nauseous. Dr Autterson and his assistant were really great. Rescheduled appt to finish the procedure soon. Nevertheless I had to leave early and hurry home, bag in hand jic.
***Best part of the story…I get a phone call from the receptionist a cpl hours later. Dr Autterson was concerned about me and wondered how I made out. Now if that isn’t patient care I don’t know what is
