WHY?

VERY RUDE Customer service our appointment is 10:30 am we arrived 10:00 then signed in the front desk we waited until 11:25 no one told us anything until i follow up them when will be our turn, but they just said you have to signed up for the ortho which is another one. REALLY how many times are we going to signed up 2 times if that’s the case they should have informed us as soon as we arrived, they just keep Talking around there doing nothing.

Beware of the woman in front VERY RUDE, especially the guy on the right side SO RUDE the woman on the left side also RUDE and at woman at the back VERY RUDE, no apologies from them and there the one who got upset when i ask them for how many hours are we going to wait?

we canceled it right away and walk out

and that is our third time our first and second time is the same we waited at least 30 minutes to be check up

What have I DONE WRONG TO YOU?

IF YOU don’t like your job you can quit and gave it to others who are willingly will do their job correctly as a CUSTOMER SERVICE, so bad maybe they didn’t read the manual regarding their job description.

YOU SHOULD BE ASSAHMED OF YOURSELVES ALL FOUR OF YOU IN THE FRONT DESK, SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

BEWARE NEW PATIENT JUST BEWARE

DO NOT GO HERE. DR. DATWANI DRILLED INTO MY DAD’s GOOD ANCHOR TOOTH WHILE TRYING TO REMOVE THE ONE NEXT TO IT AND NOW HE MIGHT NEED A ROOT CANAL ON A TOOTH THAT WAS COMPLETELY FINE BEFORE COMING HERE!!! Back in October, my dad’s primary dentist took X-rays & told him to get a tooth removed so he went here and saw DR. DATWANI. She removed it. He told me she had trouble doing so but he thought nothing of it. When he came back to his primary dentist for the bridge prep and insert, he took X-rays and found that DR. DATWANI actually BROKE OFF a part of his GOOD anchor tooth and even almost DRILLED INTO HIS ROOT!!!!! If it bothers him, he might even need a root canal!!!!!! WORST DENTIST EVER, worst place ever. PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS. If he ends up needing a root canal we will definitely be suing!!!!! Here’s the xray for proof! The bottom is the good anchor tooth w no problem. The top pic is the AFTERMATH of what DR. DATWANI DID!!!! Worst experience ever. I have never written a review, but this HAD TO BE DONE. SHAME ON YOU DR. DATWANI FOR NOT SAYING ANYTHING AND LETTING HIM WALK OUT THAT WAY AND STILL CHARGING HIM FULL PRICE LIKE YOU DID A GOOD JOB!! Truth comes to light and I’m sure you’re not surprised to see this review!!!! YOU DO NOT DESERVE YOUR TITLE AS A DENTIST!!!!This place deserves NEGATIVE reviews.

I had 3 wisdom teeth that needed to be taken out, I made an appointment here and I just got them taken out Saturday by Dr. King Yin Wu

I was absolutely terrified, the dr was incredible. He put music on and made sure I was ok the entire time as he VERY GENTLY took my teeth out. I was shaking uncontrollably from fear and the wonderful dental assistant held my hand the entire time. I wish I knew her name she was an angel. The dr truly cared if I was ok and so did the lady. The dr took each tooth out with NO PAIN. I wish I could leave a higher rating for this place. I’m 3 days now after the surgery and I’m only taking 2 Tylenol every 6 hours bc there is almost no pain. I didn’t swell or anything and I do truly believe that’s bc of how amazing Dr. King Yin Wu was. If you need to get your teeth taken out ask for him. Thank you so much.
