Visiting the region so didn’t have a dentist to fall back on when I needed an emergency extraction due to an infection that started on the weekend when I was out on a boat on the Gippsland Lakes. EFD was the only dentists who could fit me in Monday. So glad it was them cause I hit the jackpot. I was in excruciating pain and needed decisive, competent and caring people to quickly perform a very difficult and unpleasant extraction. The dentist and his chair nurse were absolutely brilliant. Highly, highly, highly, recommended these people!!
Update: went back for a clean before I leave the region. They used the new ‘airflow’ system on me. ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER! Some of my teeth are sensitive and cleaning is often painful. This system was totally painless in fact I found it relaxing. Still needed to do a tiny bit of scaling but that was only for 5 minutes instead of 35 minutes!!! Will NEVER go back to the old way of cleaning. So only problem now is to locate other dentists who use the system whilst we travel. Another bonus, is the procedure is much cheaper than a regular clean as it takes a lot less time. So thanks to the wonderful staff of EFD for introducing me to this brilliant new technology and for your care. 🙂
Dr. Thuy & Dr. Harry are just brilliant. Dr. Thuy has just pulled two baby teeth from my granddaughter it was truly an effortless experience & has won my granddaughter over & gone are the days of her being anxious going to the dentist. Many thanks Dr. Thuy you truly are amazing.
Im a 13 year old teenager who just got her filling a minute ago and wow these guys are good, very polite, there rarely late and just wow, ive gone to meny different dental clinics and this is my favourite i love this place it made my fear of dentists disappear.
