My first time at the dentists for well over 5 years and I was mildly terrified knowing I had quite a bit of work to be done. I have acute anxiety which didn’t help, but thankfully from the outset they have been wonderful! The lady that first took my call was so kind and patient with me & Carolyn who was on the desk when I arrived is absolutely lovely, very professional. Everything was explained clearly, and any upfront charges were relayed in advance.
George & James make a great team! Both extremely professional in their work yet with a very gentle and unassuming manner. George explained all my options, worked out a plan of attack with me that works around my budget. There was no feeling of being pressured at all and he really is a ‘gentle giant’ and cares very much about the comfort of his clients which I’ve never known to that extent from a dentist before! James the dental nurse is just awesome, and they work so quickly, with such skill as a team that it has taken my fear away completely. I won’t say I’ll look forward to visiting the dentists for obvious reasons, but the staff and the way everything is conducted there have made it enjoyable in every way they could. I never thought I’d say that about visiting the dentist!!

This is a lovely Dental Practice. Everyone is so friendly but professional and efficient at the same time, putting you at ease from the minute you walk in. (A big thankyou to Carolyn, Maxine and Wendy.)

I sought emergency treatment, and the staff exceeded my expectations, displaying remarkable friendliness and making an effort to understand my needs. They thoroughly explained my condition, showing me my x-rays and discussing all possible treatment options in detail. I chose to undergo an extraction, which was completely painless–I didn’t feel anything. I wholeheartedly recommend Eccleston Dental without any reservations.
