Reviews:
So far the dentures seem to be of OKAY quality (practically free so I wan’t expecting Grade A quality) but good luck trying to talk to an actual human being on the phone! They don’t communicate well at all!!
I was scheduled to have extractions and an immediate denture put in on Wed, April 9 at 1:00. At my consultation the week before I stayed an extra HOUR after my appointment was done to confirm that 1:00 was the correct time since the Doctor told me to plan to spend the day yet the receptionist said 1:00.
So Wednesday at 1:00 I show up and they take me back and am immediately given dirty looks because “We’ve been trying to call you and your emergency contact all morning” I didn’t have a single missed call, nor did my emergency contact. I never really found out what happened to delay my appointment. They either lost my impressions are screwed them up, but they didn’t specify because they tried to make it out as my fault for not being there HOURS before my scheduled appointment.
So after a few shed tears on my part and a half assed apology on theirs, they told me to come back the next day and we’d get it done.
Thursday at 10:00 I show up and everything goes smoothly. My teeth are pulled and the dentures are placed in. Of course they’re not perfect, that’s to be expected and why you are supposed to have follow up visits to adjust your dentures.
I was told verbally and in writing to return the next day, Friday, between 8:30 and 10:00 for a post op visit. I get there at 9:00 and THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. Nobody is answering the phones and there doesn’t seem to be a soul in the office. No other patients were showing up, looking confused like myself. I called corporate office in Jacksonville and WAS HUNG UP ON!
I’ve left several messages and have yet to receive any reply. My bottom dentures are causing me a great deal of pain and are supposed to be adjusted within 48 hours of receiving them….HOW is that supposed to happen if they don’t answer their phones and schedule my appointments on days that they are closed?
OH! and for my initial consultation the week before, my appointment was at 8:00…I wasn’t even seen until NOON! A FOUR HOUR WAIT FOR A FREAKING CONSULTATION.
The doctor is arrogant and doesn’t listen, just waits for his turn to talk.
If you value your time and don’t enjoy being lied to and inconvenienced then STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had to have all my teeth extracted due to all decaying. The first process was easy to make a appointment. Lady on the phone was really nice. Answered some questions I had. When I went in they were nice, they took x rays and doc took notes and spoke to me.
But the lady on the phone told me… they dont provide the option to be knocked out for the procedure but they provide the laughing gas
The day of my extractions I went in and they molded my mouth for the dentures, gave me my prescriptions for meds and told me to be back in a few hours.
When I got back there was no laughing gas, I felt like it was torture. The nurse was really nice she calmed me down. The doc after my fourth tooth was out was getting a little impatient. It all took over two and half hours and they were suppose to close the office way before they were done. Since that was the case my open room was a show case for all employees waiting around til the doc was done. Felt like a fish being watched at, and while they spoke in Spanish forgetting I am Spanish (spoke about how long I was taking).
Not to mention I have been back there three times for a adjustment, and now noticing that after my last adjustment my top dentures are see through no longer pink, there is two crack on them from the adjustments and there is a small hair in the bottom denture.
Im going back in a couple of days for another appointment to see what they say. But knowing the doc will probably start saying it was rather my fault or something. I havent been able to wear my dentures since the second day of the surgery .. Im 30, with no teeth and I feel like no one in that office understands. They are very impatient and doesnt really listen to the patient, because if they had we probably wouldnt have to continue going back.
The office is always busy, thought that would be a good thing. Now Im starting to wonder why. This is the Kissimmee office
Went in for my 10am appointment and was not seen until 11:30. When I was actually seen, the staff had lost my records and demanded that I fill out more paperwork (which was not relevant to the procedure being performed). When I began to lose patience at having two and a half hours of what would have otherwise been a work day wasted and the staff losing my records, I was refused service.

Long story short: The staff here overbooks and do not have the employees to handle the workload. They DO NOT keep accurate records. And if you ask them for proper service, you will be denied it entirely. DO NOT give these people your business– you get what you pay for.
