Reviews:
I have an admitted serious aversion to dentists. After some painful and unethical encounters in the past, I have put off going to the dentist for years. But, recently, in the interest of self-care and good health, I decided to bite the bullet and go. Based on proximity to home and decent online reviews, I picked Edelweiss; what a great decision! I could not have been more impressed with the office and staff. Despite the appointment on my calendar and reminders from them, I somehow mixed up the appointment time and was running late. They were more than accommodating and SO friendly. The office is spotless and welcoming. The dental assistant was so nice and chatty and professional about her work. Dr. Dole was wonderful and explained things clearly about the state of my oral health and next steps. The office manager even offered to put in an approval request with my insurance for the additional treatment I need. I am so pleased with this team and actually look forward to continuing to work with them!
Tried to setup a new patient appt with them. It took them a month because their form was broke on their website. Also learned that they are not in network with my dental plan – which is not their fault. But one thing that is under their control is the way they treat new patients – the woman, Stephanie was really rude to me and not willing to recommend this dental office.
Nice pleasant personable people. Truly concerned about my teeth and taking care of them. They were sure if insurance would cover some of the work I needed so they did the work anyway at their own expense. I love going to the dentist now. They did a great job on the bridge I needed done. Costs are reasonable. Much less expensive then my last dentist and much better work.
