My 10 year old daughter has just had 2 baby teeth extractions today for the first time which she was very nervous about. I have to say having watched Caroline, her dentist and assistant, who’s name I don’t know unfortunately make my girl so at ease and so attentive towards her it was so nice to see. I actually don’t often leave reviews generally but I thought this was certainly worth leaving. Incredibly professional and informative in every step ensuring she was comfortable throughout her treatment and made it easier and actually interesting too! My daughter said when we left (with her numb face) “promise we will stay with this dentist, I really like them” I said we will, of course.
Just moved to the dental practice from Falkirk. All I can say is that I have just had to ask for an emergency appointment and they did their utmost best to get me sorted. Within an hour, I am pain free and happy to wait till my next appointment in a week. Sean is a great dentist, really friendly and works swiftly. cheers guys 🙂
What an exemplary experience, every time I have been seen by Caroline. Where has she been all my life !!! She explains every step, is gentle, empathetic, thorough and she cares. Could not recommend her and her team more highly. Thank you SO much.
