A really good team here at Edgeworth Family Dental. The reception staff are friendly. The appointments are appropriately spaced so the waiting room is not overcrowded.
Dr Veco Phung has been my dentist for over 10 years (maybe close to 20). While I have never had anything major wrong with my teeth, he has always had appropriate dental advice for the issues he has assessed. Over the years, I think his approach has calmed my fears of teeth cleaning.
Dental hygienist Lillian Ng has cleaned my teeth twice. I was a bit apprehensive at first but she was efficient, thorough and I had no pain.
Today, I saw Dr Ellie Lou for the first time. Due to my work, I need to come on Saturdays and it seems Dr Phung has stopped working on Saturdays. Great first impression. Attentive and caring. Answers questions knowledgeably and brings it back to patient relevance.

Our family has been long term customers for over 15 years. In the beginning, the dentist was full of enthusiasm, but it is not what it used to be. He has lost enthusiasm and only cares about money! Did not cherish old customers. Overcharging, even free dental cleaning twice a year with medical insurance, and a Gap Fee of $39 per person,we changed the dentist already !
Dr Phung and his team are absolutely amazing and professional. Veco made me feel at ease immediately and he did an excellent job at fixing my root canal where I had numerous problems in the past. He was so gentle and friendly and even better with kids. Highly recommend him to all my family and friends!!
