I feel frustrated and unsatisfied. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 2 days now. Yesterday I called to schedule an appointment at 4:30 pm and was told everyone already left for the day but I could schedule a call back for tomorrow morning (today) to make an appointment. Although the office closes at 5 pm I agreed and expected to receive a call the following day but I didn’t. I called again today at 3:40 pm and stayed on hold for almost 30 minutes with no answer. While on hold I decided to fill out the form to request an appointment, I received a call to schedule, and was transferred to the office (that I’d been trying to get in contact with for almost 30 minutes) only to again be told that I can schedule a call back for tomorrow. So I’ve now been scheduled twice and I highly doubt they will call tomorrow. How are you not available 1 hour and 20 minutes before closing?? If the staff are leaving at 3/4 pm then you need to change your hours online.

The students be all gathered up behind these un private screens they comment rudely at your experience, as well as the assistants have No patience this a medical environment they shouldn’t be there all in your business and, or making rude comments it’s unprofessional, they assistants have No patience they shouldn’t be working there. The dentist wasn’t bad , but she knew I have lock jaw syndrome always came out with more pain. I didn’t go to an appointment to be judge on my condition I went for help. I would never go there again, or any type of teaching medical hospital for anything Lesson Learned.

Absolute Incompetence! I’ve had appointments cancelled due to scheduling errors on their part. I’ve had to schedule multiple appointments for oral measurements due to errors on their part. I arrived to pick up an oral appliance that they then told me they’ve lost. This isn’t deep medical knowledge, this is basic human interaction knowledge, just inform your patient you don’t have it! Would never come back, other than I paid my deposit up front. The worst.
