Comprehensive Dental Care with Room for Improvement

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional dental care I’ve received at your practice. Both Dr Reyes and hygienists have been thorough, attentive, and highly skilled. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor have made each visit a positive experience.

However, I feel compelled to share some feedback regarding the receptionist. While I understand that everyone has their off days, there have been instances where the receptionist’s communication and customer service skills fell short. Cindy may need to understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and she can be more empathetic, especially during critical situations, certainly this ensures that patients feel supported and valued, but I understand that efficient front desk operations are crucial, and that empathy is not precisely what is practiced at the front desk.
Regarding the recent cancellation of my appointment. I was taken aback when I discovered that my appointment had been canceled despite my explicit request to keep it. Given the circumstances–my car breakdown and phone theft–I was already dealing with significant stress. The additional inconvenience of a canceled appointment has only exacerbated the situation, now I have to pay $50 fee.

I had a fantastic experience at this dentist’s clinic this morning. Having been going here for the past 10 years of my life, Dr. Reyes and the nurses have seen me grow up and change over that period of my lifetime. I wanted to thank my nurse, who I cannot seem to remember the name of, and Dr. Reyes who have taken a genuine interest in getting to know who I am through our conversation this morning and the ones in the past. This is a great place with even greater people.

Dr. Reyes has been my dentist for the last 14 years and has been my children’s dentist for the last 13 and 11 years. He knows us by name and always brings a smile to our faces. Dr. Reyes and his team are gentle, caring and ensure you leave looking and feeling your best after every visit. Thank you Eldorado Dental for taking such great care of my family.
