I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Mahrukh at Elite Care Medical Center. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and valued as a patient. Bad experience. I feel the clinic is unorganized. The nurse try to put cream on my face without cleaning it first and then the nurse gave me a tissue to clean my face. This tissue is rough to use for anyone’s face. This tissue used for cleaning or to dry your hands. That’s what I used to clean or remove my sunscreen that day. While waiting in the room for my numbing cream, I saw one patient waiting outside the room with a numbing cream on her face. A white cream on her face. I saw that she was felling shy because there’s a lot of people can see her. The fractional laser is not good. The doctor laser in the area I don’t have scar. I don’t understand. Just completely waste. There’s a lot of area I need to be laser but she did not. She ask the nurse to take photo without asking me if they can take photo of myself.
The laser was bad. Whole experience was bad.
